TL;DR: Hyatt hotels and Peloton have teamed up to reward travellers who ride.
So what? Soon you’ll be able to earn extra World of Hyatt loyalty points by using in-room Peloton bikes and digital fitness classes.
Starting this year, guests at over 800 Hyatt hotels worldwide can earn extra Hyatt loyalty points by staying—and staying active—with Peloton.
Through the partnership, every Hyatt hotel in markets where Peloton operates, including the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Germany, will be equipped with state-of-the-art Peloton bikes. Select properties will also feature the new Peloton Row, broadening the scope of fitness offerings available to guests.
"This initiative redefines our commitment to guest wellness, allowing them to earn rewards while achieving their fitness goals," explains TJ Abrams, Hyatt’s Vice President of Wellbeing.
"Hyatt aims to be at the forefront of integrating wellness into the travel routine, making it as seamless as possible for our guests," Abrams added.
Tech-enabled fitness
This partnership not only provides physical equipment but also integrates Peloton’s digital capabilities. Guests at nearly 400 Hyatt properties will enjoy access to a variety of Peloton’s digital classes, ranging from high-energy cycling sessions to calming stretch routines, all available through guestroom TVs.
"We’re making it easier than ever for guests to maintain their wellness routines, no matter where they are in the world," says Greg Hybl, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Peloton for Business.

More than a workout
The collaboration extends beyond individual fitness. Peloton's comprehensive digital library will be available in hotel conference rooms and corporate event spaces, allowing business travelers to incorporate wellness into their meetings.
Additionally, Hyatt colleagues in qualifying countries will benefit from discounts on Peloton equipment and app subscriptions, promoting a culture of health within the global hotel conglomerate itself.

Rewards beyond the gym
Future plans include exclusive offers on Peloton equipment and unique member events, enhancing the overall Hyatt experience.
"By integrating Peloton’s award-winning fitness solutions into our loyalty program, we are not just offering a room but a path to wellbeing," Abrams emphasizes.
Hyatt and Peloton’s collaboration sets a new standard in the hospitality industry, prioritising guest wellbeing and loyalty through innovative, tech-driven solutions. As Hyatt continues to expand its wellness initiatives, guests can look forward to a travel experience that rewards them in more ways than one.
